Title: Hunter's Stew - Venison

2 tb Lard or suet
2 lb Venison; cubed
Salt and pepper to taste
Water
6 Carrots; chopped
3 Stalks celery; sliced big
2 lg Potatoes; cut up
1 qt Tomatoes
Melt fat in large skillet. Season venison and add
to fat, cover with water and simmer about 45
minutes. Add vegetables and simmer another 30-45
minutes until all are tender. Serve hot with
biscuits to sop up the juices.
