Title: Country Oven-Fried Chicken

1/3 c Butter; melted
1/3 c Flour
3/4 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper
1/4 ts Thyme leaves
1/4 ts Rosemary leaves; crushed
1/4 ts Paprika
2 1/2 lb To 3 1/2 chicken; cut into
.. eight pieces
Heat oven to 375°.
In roasting pan, melt butter in oven. Combine
remaining ingredients, except chicken. Dip chicken
in melted butter, then coat with flour mixture. In
same pan, place chicken, skin side down. Bake
25-30 minutes; turn chicken over. Continue baking
30-35 minutes until fork tender.
