      Title: Yogurt Cheese
      Yield: 6 Servings
      8 oz Yogurt
  Place the yogurt in a cheesecloth-lined seive or a
  fine mesh strainer and set over a bowl. Cover with
  plastic wrap. Set aside at room temperature
  overnight for at least 8 hours.
