MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
      Title: Wisconsin Cheddar Bacon Puffs
      Yield: 20 Servings
    1/3 c  Butter
      1 c  Water
      1 c  Flour
      4    Eggs
    1/2 c  Shredded sharp cheddar
      4 sl Bacon; cooked and crumbled
      2 tb Grated Parmesan
  Boil butter and water. Add flour all at once,
  stirring vigourously. Cook, stirring, until the
  mixture forms a ball that does not separate.
  Remove from heat and let cool about 10 minutes.
  Preheat oven to 400.
  Beat in eggs, one at a time. Beat in cheese and
  Drop dough by well rounded tablespoons into a 6"
  ring on greased cookie sheets, leaving about 1/4"
  between scoops of dough. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
  Bake about 30 minutes, until golden brown and
  puffed. Serve warm.
