MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
      Title: Vanilla Souffle
      Yield: 4 Servings
    1/4 c  Butter
    1/3 c  Flour
      1 c  Milk
    1/4 ts Salt
      4    Eggs
    1/2 c  Sugar
      1 ts Vanilla
  Make a white sauce with the flour, butter, salt
  and milk. Beat yolks of eggs; add sugar, white
  sauce. Cut and fold in the well-beaten whites.
  Bake in individual ramekin dishes in a moderate
  oven, twenty to thirty minutes. Serve immediately
  with orange or sherry sauce.
