      Title: Tomato Leek Soup

      3    Leeks; sliced fine
      5 c  Chicken broth
      2 lb Tomatoes; peeled & chopped
      1 ts Minced fresh basil
           .. -=OR=-
    1/4 ts Dried basil
    1/2 ts Lemon pepper
    1/4 ts Salt
 
  Boil leeks in chicken broth 5 minutes. Reduce
  heat, add tomatoes; simmer 10 minutes. Stir in
  seasonings.
  
  Makes 6 to 8 servings.
