      Title: Southern Pecan Pie

      3 lg Eggs
      1 c  Corn syrup
    3/4 c  Sugar
      1 tb Orange juice
      2 tb Grated orange peel
      2 tb Butter; melted
      1 c  Coarsely chopped pecans
      1    Unbaked pie shell
           Whipped cream; optional
 
  Preheat oven to 350°.
  
  Beat eggs with syrup, sugar, juice and peel; stir
  in butter. Sprinkle nuts over pie shell; pour
  filling over. Bake about 45 minutes. Serve topped
  with whipped cream, if desired.
  
  Makes 1 8 or 9" pie.
