Title: Red Snapper with Shrimp Stuffing

4 lb Red snapper; cleaned and
.. boned
Salt to taste
1/4 c Chopped celery
2 tb Chopped onion
2 tb Butter
3 sl Cooked bacon; crumbled
1 c Fresh bread crumbs
1/2 c Chopped cooked shrimp
1 Egg
Pepper to taste
2 tb Butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350°.
Rub fish inside and out with salt. Sauce onion and
celery in butter until soft. Add bacon, bread
crumbs, shrimp, egg, slat and pepper; mix well.
Stuff fish; close with toothpicks. Place in baking
pan, brush with melted butter. Bake 40 minutes or
till fish tests done with fork.
