Title: Raspberry Vinegar

1 qt Wine vinegar
6 qt Red raspberries
Sugar
Pour vinegar over 2 quarts berries, let stand
overnight. Strain through a jelly bag onto 2 more
quarts berries. Next morning repeat this. Then to
each pint liquid add 3/4 lb. sugar and boil all
for 20 minutes. Bottle when cold. To serve, mix 2
tablespoons to a glass of water.
