2 Eggs
1/2 c Milk
1 1/2 c Finely crushed saltines
1 c Finely chopped apples
2 lb Pork sausage
Scrambled eggs
1. Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly grease a 6 cup
ring mold.
2. Beat eggs and milk; mix in crackers, apples and
sausage. Press into pan. Bake 1 hour 15 minutes.
Drain; unmold onto serving dish. Fill center with
scrambled eggs.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
