3 c Flour
1 c Lard
3 tb Lemon juice
1 tb Cold water
1 Egg; beaten
1 ts Salt
Cut flour and lard together with pastry blender or
2 table knives. Gently add lemon juice, water, egg
and salt. Mix just till blended. Roll out and line
pie tin. The less you handle the dough, the more
tender it will be.
