      Title: Nutty Coleslaw

      Yield: 6 Servings
 
      6 c  Shredded cabbage
      1 c  Dry roasted peanuts

MMMMM--------------------------DRESSING---------------
      2    Eggs
    1/2 c  Light cream
      2 tb Flour
      2 tb Sugar
    1/2 ts Dry mustard
    1/2 ts Paprika
    1/3 c  Cider vinegar
      2 tb Oil
      2 tb Water
 
  Combine cabbage and peanuts; set aside.
  
  Beat eggs and cream until foamy; set aside.
  
  Bring remaining dressing ingredients to a boil,
  stirring constantly. Add slowly to egg mixture;
  retun to heat and cook until mixture coats spoon
  and is thickened. Cool; stir into cabbage. Chill.
  
  Makes 8 to 10 servings.
