Title: Mocha Fudge Sauce

Yield: 1 2/3 cup
5 oz Bitter or semisweet
Chocolate; chopped
1 oz Unsweetened chocolate;
.. chopped
3/4 c Heavy cream
1/4 c Unsalted butter
1 tb Instant espresso powder
1/2 c Sugar
3 tb Kahlua
Bring chocolates, butter and cream to a boil over
low heat. Add coffee powder, then sugar. Cook,
stirring, until coffee and sugar dissolve.
Remove from heat; stir in liqueur. Serve warm or
at room temperature.
Store in the refrigerator in a covered container
up to a week. Since it thickens, reheat slowly
before using it.
