Title: Light Caramel Sauce

3/4 c Water
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c Firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c Nonfat vanilla yogurt
In small saucepan, combine all ingredients except
yogurt; mix well. Bring to a boil over medium-high
heat. Boil 8 minutes without stirring. Cool to
room temperature. Add yogurt; blend well.
Makes about 1 cup.
