Title: Lemonade Syrup

2 tb Grated lemon rind
2 c Lemon juice
2 c Sugar
1 1/2 c Water
Mix together rind, juice and sugar. Stir until
sugar is dissolved. Add the water, cover tightly
and keep in the refrigerator.
To serve, put 1/2 cup syrup in a large glass with
ice, fill with water. Keep this syrup on hand all
summer for a quick cold drink.
