Title: Jellied Cranberries

1 tb Granulated gelatin
1/4 c Cold water
1 c Boiling water
1/4 c Lemon juice
1/8 ts Salt
2/3 c Celery; cut fine
1 c Sweet cranberry sauce
Let gelatin stand in cold water till soft. Add
boiling water, stir till dissolved. Add lemon
juice and salt; chill till thickened but not set.
Fold in celery and sauce. Dip custard cups in cold
water, pour in mixture. Chill to firm; unmold onto
lettuce leaf; serve with mayonnaise. Good with
chicken.
