MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
      Title: Hunan Style Chicken Salad
      Yield: 4 Servings
      1 lb Cooked chicken; shredded
      3    Cucumbers; julienned
      1    Leek; white part only, very
           .. thinly sliced
      1 tb Minced fresh ginger
    1/2 ts Ground ginger
      2 tb Soy sauce
      2 tb Red wine vinegar
      2 tb Sugar
      1 ts Crushed red pepper
      1 tb Sesame seeds; toasted
  Combine chicken and cucumbers in serving dish.
  Sprinkle with leek pieces and ginger. Refrigerate
  until well chilled. Mix soy sauce, vinegar, sugar,
  red pepper and oil together, blending thoroughly.
  Stir in sesame seeds. Just before serving, toss
  chicken mixture with dressing.
