      Title: Hot Buttered Cider
      Yield: 1 Servings
      1 qt Apple cider; preferably
           .. freshly pressed
    1/4 c  Light corn syrup
      2 tb Unsalted butter
      2    Cinnamon sticks
      3    Whole cloves
      2 sl Lemon
      6 oz Apple liqueur
  In a large saucepan, combine the cider, corn
  syrup, butter, cinnamon sticks, cloves and lemon
  Heat over a moderately low flame until the cider
  is hot and the butter is melted. Remove from the
