Title: High Protein Mix

Yield: 1 Mix
3 c Whole wheat flour
1/4 c Soy flour
3/4 c Wheat germ
1 c Nonfat dry milk powder
2 1/2 tb Baking powder
1 1/2 ts Salt
1 tb Nutritional yeast
1/2 c Oil
Combine all, mixing until oil is absorbed. Store
in refigerator.
Makes about 7 cups mix.
