MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
      Title: Greek Roasted Chicken & Potatoes
      Yield: 8 Servings
      6 lb Roaster
      2 ts To 3 dried oregano; divided
      4    To 6 baking potatoes; peeled
           .. and quartered
    1/4 c  Butter; melted
      3 tb Lemon juice
    3/4 c  Chicken broth
  Preheat oven to 350.
  Pour broth into bottom of a roasting pan. Put
  chicken on a rack in pan; arrange potatoes around
  and sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano. Pour
  butter and lemon juice over top of chicken and
  potatoes. Bake 2 to 2 1/2 hours until chicken is
  tender and browned, basting with pan juices
