MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
      Title: Gourmet Potato Soup
      Yield: 6 Servings
      3 c  Diced peeled potatoes
    1/2 c  Diced celery
    1/2 c  Diced onion
      1    Chicken bouillon cube
  1 1/2 c  Water
      2 c  Milk
      8 oz Sour cream
      1 tb Flour
      1 tb Minced fresh chives
  Cook potatoes, celery, onion and bouillon about 20
  minutes, or until vegetables are tender. Add milk.
  Combine sour cream & flour. Stir in a little of the
  hot soup; add to pan. Simmer just until thickened.
  Makes 6 to 8 servings; 2 quarts.
