      Title: Good Brown Bread

      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      1 c  Flour
      1 ts Salt
  1 1/2 ts Soda
      1 c  Rye meal
      1 c  Corn meal
      2 c  Sour milk
      1 c  Molasses
 
  Put together flour, rye, corn meal, salt, add
  molasses and soda, dissolved in the milk. Mix.
  Then steam in buttered molds three hours.
