1/4 c Oil
1/4 c Lemon juice
1/4 c Soy sauce
1/4 c Packed brown sugar
2 Cloves garlic; minced
3 Whole cloves
ds Dried basil

2 1/2 lb Pork tenderloin or sirloin
.. steak, cut into 1 1/4"
.. pieces
24 Cherry tomatoes
24 Fresh mushroom caps
1 lg Red or green pepper; cut
.. into 1 1/2" cubes
2 sm Zucchini; cut in 1" slices
1 md Onion; cut into wedges
Mix marinade ingredients; set aside.
Thread kabob ingredients onto skewers. Pour
marinade over skewers and refrigerate six hours or
overnight, turning several times to coat evenly.
Cook over hot coals until meat and vegetables have
reached deisred doneness. Remove from skewers;
serve over rice.
