Title: Fried Crab Cakes

1 lb Crabmeat
1 Egg yolk
1 1/2 ts Salt
Pepper to taste
1 ts Dry mustard
2 ts Worcestershire sauce
1 tb Mayonnaise
1 tb Chopped parsley
1/2 ts Paprika
1 tb Melted butter
1/2 c To 1 bread crumbs
1/4 c Butter or oil
1 Lemon; cut into wedges for
.. garnish
Combine all ingredients except oil and lemon; mix
gently. Shape into 6 cakes. Heat butter or oil.
Fry cakes over medium high heat until browned on
both sides.
