MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
      Title: Dijon Pork Steaks
      Yield: 4 Servings
      1 lb Boneless pork chops
      3 tb Soy sauce
    1/4 c  Dry white wine
      2 ts Sherry extract
      1 tb Dijon mustard
    1/8 ts Garlic powder
      2 ts Vegetable oil
  Combine marinade ingredients and pour over chops.
  Marinate several hours or overnight.
  Broil or grill, turning occasionally and basting
  until done to taste.
