MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
      Title: Cucumber & Shrimp Salad
      Yield: 4 Servings
      2    Eggs
      1 ts Salt
      2 tb White wine vinegar
      2 tb Soy sauce
    1/2 ts Sugar
    1/2 lb Shrimp; cooked and cleaned
      1    Cucumber; peeled, seeded and
           .. diced
    1/2 c  Chopped fresh dill
  Pierce eggs at larger end with needle; place in
  saucepan in water to cover; place in saucepan in
  water to cover. Slowly bring to a boil; boil for 8
  minutes. Rinse briefly with cold water, shell, and
  let cool. Slice each egg into 8 wedges; set aside.
  To make dressing, blend salt, vinegar, soy sauce,
  and sugar together well in a bowl; whisk oil into
  vinegar mixture. Combine shrimp and cucumber in
  separate bowl; toss with dressing. To serve,
  sprinkle shrimp mixture with dill, garnish with
  egg wedges.
