MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
      Title: Cream Dressing
      Yield: 1 Servings
    1/2 ts Salt
      1 tb Flour
      1 ts Dry mustard
      1 tb Sugar
      2 tb Butter
      2    Egg yolks
    3/4 c  Cream
    1/4 c  Vinegar
  Mix flour, salt, mustard and sugar in the top of a
  double boiler. Add butter and stir til mixed.
  While beating, add the egg yolks; stir well. Add
  the cream and lastly the vinegar. Cook over hot
  water until it thickens. Strain if necessary.
  Chill and serve cold.
