MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
      Title: Cod Soup with Orange
      Yield: 4 Servings
      4 c  Fish stock
    2/3 lb Cod fillets; cut into 1"
           .. cubes
      6    Potatoes; cubed
      1    Fennel; cubed
      1    Leek; white part only,
           .. shredded
    1/2 pt Crushed tomatoes; undrained
      2    Cloves garlic; minced
           Salt and pepper to taste
    1/2    Orange; juiced
      2 tb Chopped parsley
  Bring fish stock to a boil. Add remaining
  ingredients except orange juice and parsley;
  simmer 10-12 minutes. Add orange juice; simmer 3-4
  minutes more. Serve soup piping hot, sprinkled
  with parsley.
