MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
      Title: Clam Scallop
      Yield: 4 Servings
      2    Dozen fresh shelled clams
    3/4 c  Cracker crumbs
      2 tb Butter
    1/8 ts Paprika
    1/8 ts Oregano
    1/2 ts Salt
      2    Stalks celery; chopped
      2 tb Chopped parsley
      1 c  Light cream
    1/2 c  Sherry
  Preheat to 350.
  Place layer of clams in bottom of a buttered
  baking dish. Combine cracker crumbs, butter,
  paprika, oregano, and salt in bowl; spread layer
  over clams. Combine celery and parsley in another
  bowl; add layer of celery mixture over crumbs.
  Alternate layers until all ingredients are used,
  ending with a layer of crumbs. Combine sherry and
  cream; pour on top. Bake 20 minutes.
