MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
      Title: Chicken in Garlic & Oil
      Yield: 1 Servings
    1/2 c  Olive oil
      3 lb Chicken; cut in serving
           .. pieces
      4 md Potatoes; peeled and cut in
           .. 1/2" wedges
      6 md Carrots; julienned
      1 md Onion; very thinly sliced
      2    Cloves garlic; chopped
      1    Lemon; juice of
           Salt and pepper to taste
  Preheat oven to 350.
  Pour olive oil in bottom of a 14x10x2 1/2" pan or
  other large roasting pan. Dip chicken pieces into
  oil, turning to coat. Turn chicken skin side up.
  Arrange potatoes, carrots and onions around
  chicken. Sprinkle garlic and lemon juice on top.
  Season with salt and pepper. Bake for 1 hour,
  basting every 15 minutes. Remove from oven and
