MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
      Title: Chicken a L'Orange
      Yield: 8 Servings
      4    Whole chicken breasts; split
           .. and boned
    1/2 c  Flour
      1 ts Salt
      1 ts Garlic powder
    1/2 ts Paprika
      2 ts Grated orange peel
      5 tb Butter
    1/4 c  Dry white wine
  1 1/4 c  Orange juice
    1/4 ts Thyme
      1 ts Marjoram
      1 cn (11oz) mandarin oranges;
           .. drained*
    1/3 c  Sliced almonds; toasted
  *Tangerines may be substituted.
  Pound chicken breasts thin. Shake in a bag with
  flour, salt, garlic powder, paprika and orange
  peel. Brown in butter; transfer to a shallow
  baking dish.
  Add wine, orange juice, thyme and marjoram. Heat
  to boiling; pour over chicken. Bake chicken at
  350 15 mintues. Top with oranges and almonds and
  bake another 15 minutes.
  Makes 8 servings.
