4 Boneless chicken breasts
Cardamom
Chervil
Salt
Pepper
1 Egg
1/4 c Milk
Bread crumbs
Butter
2 oz Brandy
4 tb Burgundy
1 pt Chicken stock
Preheat oven to 350°.
Season chicken with cardamom, chervil, salt and
pepper. Beat egg and milk. Dip breasts into egg;
coat with crumbs. Brown in butter on both sides.
Place in a single layer in baking dish. Mix
brandy, Burgundy and chicken stock; pour over
chicken and bake until tender.
