      Title: Budd's Catfish Stew

      5 lg Potatoes; peeled & sliced
      8 lb Catfish; cleaned & halved
      3 lg Onions; sliced
      1 c  Water
           Salt
           Pepper
      1 ts Hot pepper sauce
 
  In iron pot, layer ingredients, beginning with
  potatoes. Combine water, salt, pepper and hot
  pepper sauce; pour over all. Cook, covered, about
  1 1/2 hours.
