MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
      Title: Baked Parsnips
      Yield: 1 Servings
      8 md To 10 parsnips
      2 c  Milk
      2    Eggs
           Salt and pepper
           Little nutmeg
  Boil parsnips in salt water until tender. Be
  careful not to overcook them as they get soggy.
  Cool; peel and slice longways and put in a baking
  dish. Mix milk, eggs and seasonings,pour over, dot
  with butter; bake at 325, 45 minutes.
